I just read your last post and cannot imagine people not being more understanding. It is ridiculous! You take all the time to heal you need, and the same thing goes for the kids. My kids get scared of storms all the time, and they've never been through anything remotely close to this.
I sometimes feel the same way about Trav and his cancer. I think people think we should get over it, and forget that it is something we face daily. I've learned to shrug it off and am trying to realize I don't need those people! Hugs to you!
